Informatica MDM Solutions Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Informatica MDM Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Master Data Management solutions. This role will focus on customer and product master data domains and play a critical part in shaping our MDM strategy and architecture across the organization. Must be able to work in all US time zones.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Informatica MDM solutions, focusing on customer and product master data domains.
• Responsible for leading an IDMC implementation.
• Define and drive MDM strategy, standards, and best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify MDM needs and translate them into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance for MDM configurations, customizations, match / merge rules, data stewardship workflows, and integration patterns.
• Oversee MDM tool management including performance tuning, version upgrades, and patching.
• Design and maintain MDM data models and metadata standards.
• Ensure data governance, quality, lineage, and security policies are implemented effectively.
• Mentor and support MDM developers, analysts, and data stewards.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and tools to continually enhance the MDM platform.
• Informatica Suite of MDM products experience is mandatory, other platforms are a plus.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $92,118 to $202,730. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
