Description

This role reports directly to the CompQsoft Chief Growth Officer. As a member of the BD / Growth Team, this role will solve complex problems by designing or modifying management and technology architectures to meet customer needs / requirements. The Senior Solution Architect responsibilities include analyzing business needs, identifying technical and management solutions, and designing a comprehensive plan for implementation. The role will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as developers, program managers, and partners, to ensure effective implementation of the solution, to achieve a winning position on bid opportunities.

The following are expected efforts to support, coordinate and as appropriate, be led by the Senior Solutions Architect.

Corporate Strategy

• Provide input into CompQsoft's business and strategic plans to account for sustained growth three (3) to five (5) years out.
• Advise on investments, such as emerging technologies, corporate and personnel required certifications to remain competitive.
• Identify partners / teammates to support current and future bids.

Senior Solutions Architect Specific Responsibilities . The responsibilities of the Senior Solutions Architect touch aspects of every business unit. Together with the BD / Growth team, the Senior Solutions Architect is responsible for :

Develop architectural standards and best practices, templates, forms, reports etc. to improve the maturity level of the overall business development operations within CompQsoft.

Provide input into CompQsoft's marketing plan, including tradeshows, press releases, and social media.
