Job Title : Interventional Radiology Nurse

Hours per Shift : Four 10-hour shifts, varying between 6 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM or 7 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM

Certifications : BLS, ACLS

Must-Have : Competency in nursing conscious sedation

Description :

Interventional Radiology Nurse is a registered nurse who is part of a multidisciplinary team.

The nurse cares for adult and pediatric patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.

Responsibilities include caring for patients in the pre, intra, and post-procedure phases.

The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks while wearing protective lead gear including a vest, apron, and thyroid shield, totaling a weight range of 5-10 lbs.

This position does not include electrophysiology procedures.
