Job Summary :

The Manager – Sales will manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospect inquiry through contract signing and transition to the implementation team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network of institutional investors, fund managers, and family offices, with deep knowledge of capital markets and investment products. This role requires both strategic and hands-on execution to meet sales goals while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Establish strategic partnerships with clients and prospects to enhance brand awareness.
  • Manage the complete sales process from prospect inquiry to contract signing.
  • Collaborate with product development, engineering, and implementation teams to support the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key intermediaries and industry partners.
  • Lead in-house seminars and workshops to improve sales effectiveness when required.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and articulate value propositions effectively.

Required Skills :

  • Detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services.
  • Proficiency in presenting and demonstrating platforms such as AtlasFive.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, family offices, general partners (GP), private equity (PE), and fund management.
  • Knowledge of competitive products and market trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Professionalism in handling sensitive client and company information.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Proven experience in capital markets and institutional investor relations.
  • Prior exposure to wealth management or investment technology platforms.
  • Experience Required :

    3 to 8 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within finance, private equity, or investment services.

    Education Required :

    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
