Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Developer, to join our team in Washington, DC.

Clearance

• Top Secret clearance (existing clearance required to start)

Location

Overview

• Stand up a secure, on-premises ServiceNow instance for a Federal customer to modernize IT and security workflows, gain ATO, and provide full infrastructure visibility.

• Build and configure ServiceNow modules—Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, ITOM Discovery (auto-populate CMDB), HAM/SAM (lifecycle & entitlement tracking), IRM/CAM (continuous authorization & monitoring), Vulnerability Response, and Security Incident Response.

• Develop scoped applications, Flow Designer automations, Script Includes, Business Rules, IntegrationHub spokes, and REST/SOAP integrations.

• Maintain the platform through sprint-based development, upgrades, patching, plugin management, monitoring, and performance tuning alongside DevOps/Cloud engineers.

• Deliver role-based training and knowledge transfer; participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and documentation in Jira or ServiceNow SPM.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow development experience (JavaScript/Glide, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub).

• Enterprise delivery of at least two areas: ITSM, ITOM Discovery, HAM/SAM, IRM, or SecOps.

• Experience with on-prem or air-gapped deployments, CMDB architecture, and security-control alignment (NIST 800-53, FedRAMP).

• Skilled in troubleshooting performance, ACLs, MID Server connectivity, and upgrade conflicts.

• Familiar with DevOps pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar) and Automated Test Framework.

• Able to work in classified and unclassified environments under strict change-control and documentation standards.

• Strong communication skills for engaging architects, project managers, and government stakeholders.
