Project Manager

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is proficient in Procore project management software. Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of assigned construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain timelines and budgets. Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure project alignment. Track progress, budgets, and cost reports using Procore. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor quality and resolve issues. Communicate project status and updates with clients and company leadership. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Qualifications Proven experience managing commercial construction projects. Proficiency with Procore or similar project management platforms required. Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience). Willingness to travel periodically to project sites across Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
