For over 35 years, we have creatively blended function, durability, sanitary design, safety, and performance into the design and construction of Blentech systems. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality components with tight tolerances for various industries.

We are currently seeking a Welder II or III to join our Manufacturing Team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional who has worked as a Stainless-Steel Welder II or III (3+ years of experience requested). Depending on experience, candidates will be considered for a Level II or Level III position. TIG welding stainless steel (GTAW)

• MIG welding stainless steel (GMAW)
• Stainless steel fabrication
• Stainless steel experience is a must , with at least 3 years of experience

Full Time : 40+ hours per week Hours : We run 3 Shifts

5 days 8-hour shift : Monday - Friday 6 : 00 am - 2 : 30 pm   Or

4 days 10-hour shift : Monday – Thursday 6 : 00 am – 4 : 30 pm

4 days 10-hour Swing Shift : Monday - Thursday 2 : 30 pm - 1 : 00 am (15% shift differential)

The ability to lift 40+ pounds, forklift, and driver’s license is a plus.

Pay Range DOE :

Welder II $26.23 - $33.56

Welder III $29.40 – $38.41
