Job description10+ years in B2B sales leadership, including 5+ years focused on utility-scale solar (100MW+ projects). Proven success with utilities / energy developers / EPCs. Deep expertise in U.S. renewable energy policies and financial models (LCOE, tax equity). Strong leadership experience managing 10+ member sales teams across regions. Executive-level negotiation skills with C-suite stakeholders. Technical understanding of PV module technologies and system integration. Willingness to travel 50%+ within North America.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and revenue growth of utility-scale solar PV projects across North America.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles for multi-million-dollar contracts with utilities, IPPs, and large developers.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key accounts.
- Negotiate complex agreements (PPAs, MSAs) involving technical, financial, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Direct a high-performing sales team to achieve annual revenue targets and market share goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product solutions with grid-scale project requirements.
- Monitor market trends, policy shifts (IRA / FERC), and competitive dynamics to refine sales strategies.
