Change Management Consultant

A company is looking for a Change Management Consultant, Contract. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with project teams and senior leaders to develop change management strategies aligned with organizational goals Identify and analyze stakeholders' needs and develop tailored communication and engagement plans Assess the impact of proposed changes and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies Required Qualifications Proven experience (3+ years) in organizational change management, preferably in the Technology industry Experience in change management for a Microsoft to Google Workspace migration Deep knowledge of Google Workspace applications Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable
