Job Opportunity : Human Resource / Payroll / Benefits Specialist
Harris Machine is looking to hire a full time Human Resource / Payroll / Benefits Specialist. This Specialist is responsible for day-to-day payroll, benefits, and HR administration. This position will work closely with the Management and Finance teams to provide exceptional service to HMC's employees, vendors, and customers. Essential functions of this position will include but not limited to : Enters, maintains, and / or processes all information in the payroll system; Ensure proper processing of payroll, maintain all payroll information, work with new hires, prepare employee communications, administer all time and attendance benefits. You must also be willing to commute to our Aberdeen facility as needed. Job qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, 2 years of payroll and HR administration experience. Compensation and benefits experience preferred, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, meticulous and precise attention to detail, and customer service attitude.
