Join the Miro team as the Head of GTM Strategy and Transformation. This leadership role focuses on reinventing Miro’s entire Go‑To‑Market (GTM) engine by integrating AI, automation, and human expertise. The role reports directly to the CRO and has a global mandate across all customer segments.
About the Team
In RevOps we have a simple (but not easy) mission to drive predictable, scalable, and profitable revenue growth for Miro. Our highly motivated team takes pride in growing customer relationships, running strategic sales cycles, and delivering Miro’s value proposition to a diverse global base of accounts.
About the Role
The role is focused on reinventing Miro’s entire GTM engine. The leader will own GTM Strategy, Enablement, and work closely with Product and Marketing. The scope includes partners, solution engineering, sales, support, success, renewals, new customer acquisition, and customer education, driving both horizontal Miro adoption and vertical‑specific solutions.

What You’ll Do
Redesign GTM approach from the ground up, rethinking the division between human work and automation
Architect the optimal balance between AI agents, automation, and human teams to maximize customer value
Analyze performance metrics and system telemetry to identify gaps and engineer effective solutions
Drive the adoption strategy across both the horizontal platform and specific vertical solutions
Lead the transformation of customer engagement from a reactive to a proactive model
What You’ll Need
We are seeking a strategic thinker who can also "dive in and do." A transformation‑minded GTM leader with experience reinventing organizations at a top consulting firm and scaling GTM operations at a leading SaaS company.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Background from a top‑tier consulting firm at Engagement Manager level or above, followed by senior GTM leadership experience at a SaaS company (e.g., SVP of GTM Strategy / Operations or Revenue Acceleration)
Deep understanding of AI’s potential in reengineering GTM
Customer‑first transformation mindset
Proven experience redesigning organizational functions
Hands‑on with technology, such as configuring agentic workflows and staying current on the latest tech developments

Salary
The reasonably estimated salary range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations. The range for this role is $290,000 to $364,000. Final compensation and total package components will be based on individual factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience.
