Job description

Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a local contract nurse RN Case Management for a local contract nursing job in Charleston, West Virginia.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty : Case Management

  • 40 hours per week
  • Shift : 8 hours, days
  • Employment Type : Local Contract

Position : Case Manager

Shift : Day – 5x8-Hour Shifts

Guaranteed Hours : 40 per week

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Qualifications :

  • Current licensure in a clinical discipline (RN, RT, or SW) as required by state regulations.
  • Associate’s degree in a healthcare field (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Case Management and Discharge Planning within an Acute Care or Rehabilitation setting.
  • Working knowledge of the insurance industry and government reimbursement processes.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
