Orientation and training provided Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license Effective verbal and written communication Capable of working responsibly with confidential information Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement Successful completion of pre-employment background check Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions, however, the physical demands must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job to include, but not limited, to the following : Talk and listen Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision Lift and / or move heavy objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance Ability to type on a computer keyboard Noise may be moderate to loud Temperatures in home-like or office settings may vary

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Robin Hill Farm, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting and caring for our residents, helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives. You’ll provide compassionate assistance and supervision, ensuring their safety and well-being while contributing to the smooth operation of our program. This role requires you to be a positive role model, advocate, and communicator, working closely with residents, families, and our care team.
Shift Differentials :
$3.00 for 2nd shift : 3pm-11pm
- $4.50 for 3rd shift : 11pm-7am
- $1.00 for all weekend shifts
