Audio Marketing Manager

We're excited to expand our team with an Audio Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth and awareness through podcast and audio partnerships. This individual will own Cozy Earth's audio strategy-identifying, negotiating, and scaling high-impact podcast sponsorships while leading a small team and optimizing campaign performance.

Responsibilities :

• Lead Cozy Earth's audio / podcast strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Identify, vet, and manage partnerships with podcast hosts, networks, and platforms aligned with our target audience.
• Own the audio marketing budget, ensuring spend is optimized and ROI-driven.
• Oversee a team of 2–3 specialists, providing mentorship, feedback, and development support.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance; provide regular reporting and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and influencer teams to align messaging and track attribution.
• Stay up to date on podcast trends, listenership behaviors, and industry benchmarks to guide strategy.
• Other duties as assigned.
