Remote Client Planning Associate

We are expanding our remote team and looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy helping others plan meaningful this role you will coordinate reservations for clients worldwide including accommodations cruises activities transportation and special events.

• Curate personalized itineraries for clients
• Research and coordinate reservations through multiple suppliers
• Identify client preferences needs and budget and offer tailored recommendations

• Troubleshoot and resolve booking-related issues
• Maintain accurate and secure client records
• Participate in ongoing training
