Physical Therapist (PT) – Day Shift

Location : Carmichael, CA

Schedule : Full-Time, Day Shift

We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic rehab team in Carmichael, California . If you’re passionate about helping patients improve their mobility, independence, and quality of life, this opportunity is a great fit for you.

Position Requirements :

Active California PT license

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Current BLS certification

At least 1 year of experience in a rehab or skilled nursing setting preferred

Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver direct therapy to support recovery and functional mobility

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Accurately document progress and modify plans as needed
