Position Summary
The position is responsible for leading and developing the Complex Care Division at Achieva Support, including the creation and oversight of two new programs focused on medically complex and behavioral health services. The Director of Complex Care will directly report to the Senior Vice President of Achieva Support.
Roles and Responsibilities
Qualifications
Masters degree in a human services field, with 5 or more years of progressive leadership experience in program services, case management, and crisis intervention. At least 5 years of direct experience in programs supporting people with complex medical and behavioral health care needs, with a proven track record in developing and managing these programs. Strong background in crisis work, program development, evaluation, and organizational strategy. Excellent public speaking, written, and verbal communication skills. Creative, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Business acumen, including budget oversight and inter-program coordination. High degree of initiative, professionalism, and interpersonal effectiveness. Strong supervisory and organizational management skills. A valid Pennsylvania drivers license and a properly insured vehicle are necessary for the role. Act 33 / 34 clearances and an FBI background check are required. The position may involve some local travel and occasional evening or weekend work.
