Job description

High Five Media is a leading marketing agency dedicated to connecting brands with their audiences through creative, impactful digital content. We’re looking for a Senior Creative Content Strategist : a creative leader who brings fresh ideas, executes at a high level, and drives measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of innovative, platform-specific content strategies.
  • Consistently bring new ideas, campaign concepts, and proactive recommendations.
  • Conceptualize, design, and produce compelling graphics, motion content, and visuals.
  • Write and refine messaging that pairs seamlessly with visuals.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on social platforms, staying ahead of trends.
  • Mentor and collaborate with teammates, raising the creative standard.
  • Manage content calendars and workflows from concept through execution.
  • Oversee optimization and troubleshooting across digital presence platforms.
  • Present strategies and creative concepts confidently to clients and leadership.

What We're Looking For :

  • Strong portfolio showing both design skills and campaign-level thinking.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, or creative direction.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Canva.
  • Proven ability to lead or own campaigns from concept to launch.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, digital trends, and analytics.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to mentor others and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Applications without a portfolio of original graphic design work will not be considered.
