POSITION SUMMARY :

We're looking for a certified pharmacy technician who's ready to bring their skills and experience into the specialty pharmacy space. As our Pharmacy Liaison , you'll play a pivotal role as the bridge between patients and pharmacists, taking a hands-on approach to ensure exceptional care.

In this role, your pharmacy background will allow you to support patients with complex therapies while also enabling our clinical teams to deliver outstanding results. You'll combine customer service excellence with a deep understanding of pharmacy operations, helping reshape the patient experience while contributing directly to the growth and success of our specialty pharmacy-and to the health system's overall performance.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES :

• Enroll eligible patients into Clearway Health's specialty pharmacy program and meet set enrollment targets.
• Retain patients through consistent follow-up, refill coordination, and proactive adherence checkins.
• Navigate electronic health records (EPIC) to support prior authorizations, clinical documentation, and communications.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with patients, caregivers, and clinical providers.
• Serve as a pharmacy point-of-contact for clinic teams, resolving issues and triaging patient needs.
• Participate in performance reporting and workflow optimization initiatives.
• Train and mentor new team members in clinic-based liaison responsibilities.

The actual rate within this range that you will be offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience and other relevant factors.
