NeuLife Rehabilitation of Michigan provides rehabilitation and residential services for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Spinal Cord Injuries, and Neurological Disorders.
Summary : The Board Certified Behavior Analyst provides oversight of behavioral therapies across the company, and works alongside the management team to develop new programs and expand current programs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments on persons served residing within the program.
- Develop and manage comprehensive behavioral approaches and behavioral plans for persons served.
- Provide training to the management team, direct care staff, etc., as needed, on the implementation and documentation of behavioral plans.
- Provide behavioral services representation at person-served team meetings.
- Monitors behavior plan goals and submits progress reports on behavior therapy to the billing department.
- Attend appointments as needed and communicate with the person served team.
- Provides after-hours on-call services if needed for persons served having behavioral issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Behavioral Analysis, or related fieldBoard Certification as BCBA in the State of MichiganTwo to five years' experience in working with developmentally disabled or catastrophically injured individuals, including traumatic brain injuryAttention to detail and have the ability to prioritize independentlyThe ability to multi-task and in a busy office environmentProficient customer service skillsAdvanced knowledge of MS OfficeWillingness to travel to different NeuLife Rehabilitation locations throughout Macomb and Oakland counties
