Sr. UI Programmer to develop and maintain Insurance applications

Primary duties & responsibilities consist of :

Position will collaborate with internal clients, managers and developers in a team environment.

Execute projects from initial concept through delivery.

Application design and development.

Assist in troubleshooting of final code.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required :

C#

User interface design and development

WPF with MvvM

ASP.Net MVC

Web UI (HTML 5, CSS3, jQuery, LESS, KnockOut, Bootstrap, AngularJS)

Rules-based development

Object oriented design and programming

Common building blocks and design patterns

Problem-solving algorithms

Strongly Preferred :

Prism, caliburn.micro, or other WPF framework

Other nice to have experience :

TDD

NCalc

Automated Testing

Refactoring

Insurance Industry

Contract to Permanent (C2P) opportunity.

6m contract to hire.

Qualifications Education & Work Experience :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

5+ years of .net and database experience required.
