Position Summary

Responsible for supervising logistics operations, managing staff, and ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained. Communicates effectively with team members and stakeholders to meet facility goals.

What you'll do

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates.
• Implement the business plan for your area by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor and manage productivity by reviewing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates, monitoring compliance, and supporting documentation.
• Identify concerns and determine corrective actions or make recommendations.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, including performance monitoring, feedback, training, and hiring.
• Build high-performing teams, embrace diversity, and foster a culture of belonging.
• Act with integrity, uphold high standards of ethics, and promote Walmart values.
• Deliver results with a customer-first approach, making data-driven decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement and adapt to change.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with 1-year supervisory experience, or Bachelor's Degree in related field, or 1-year Walmart Logistics Management experience, or 2 years Walmart Logistics experience, or 2 years supervisory experience. Completion of required training and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

Carrier Master Technician, Coordinating Schedules, Customer Service, IT, Logistics, Microsoft Office, Supervising Associates, Transportation, Walmart Logistics Systems. Bachelor’s in Business or Logistics preferred.
