Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven professional with strong technical and communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on both application development and production support , collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using Python , Shell scripting , and Oracle SQL / PLSQL .
• Provide production support , ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal downtime.
• Work closely with Business teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams , providing clear communication and leadership to ensure project success.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Salary Transparency :

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $80420 - $106050 / yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
