Job description

White Elephant Resorts  is seeking a skilled  Pastry Chef  to join the acclaimed culinary team at  TOPPERS at The Wauwinet a Relais & Châteaux property and one of Nantuckets premier fine-dining destinations. This role is ideal for a creative and motivated pastry professional who delivers exceptional quality and presentation.

  • Position dates April - October 2026
  • Housing available

Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality pastries desserts breads ice creams and specialty items

Support daily production for fine dining room service and banquet events

Maintain strict cleanliness organization and food safety standards

Follow recipes accurately; scale and adjust as needed

Assist with inventory storage rotation and minimizing waste

Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team

Qualifications : Requirements

2 years pastry experience in a fine-dining environment (preferred)

Food handling certification required

Strong attention to detail and creativity

Ability to work in a fast-paced high-end kitchen

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
