Responsibilities

• Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Some managers also lead Departments, with responsibilities such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to the teams, following up, and reporting results back to the team and other managers.
• The Guest Service Department Manager's responsibilities include ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, executing promotions, training service staff in procedures, and keeping the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas organized for the best service.
• The Kitchen Department Manager's responsibilities include ensuring the restaurant delivers great quality food, fast, maintaining food safety, controlling food cost, and training kitchen staff in production procedures including new menu items.
• The People Department Manager's responsibilities include hiring qualified crew, training them well, and scheduling them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals, and ensuring Crew are welcomed, started well, and motivated throughout their time here.

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We're looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast-paced McDonald's environment. You must be 18 years or older.
