Responsibilities

Create tailored quotes directly with clients that align with their risk profiles , make sales presentations, and close sales.

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.

Must quote and sell life insurance

Requirements

  • Missouri / Illinois Life & Health and Property & Casualty license preferred.
  • Prior Sales Experience.

    Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency, confident and works well independently

    Must be highly self-motivated, Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

    Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills

    Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

    Ability to follow up and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
