Who We're Looking For :

EmpiRx Health is in unprecedented growth, and we're seeking several highly skilled and experienced Implementation Support Analyst.

The Implementation Support Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the seamless set up and launch of pharmacy benefit programs for new and existing clients. This role ensures accurate, timely coordination of client requirements and documentation, supporting successful transitions from implementation to ongoing operations

What You'll Do :

• Assist in executing pharmacy benefit implementations by ensuring client requirements are accurately captured and delivered.
• Serve as a liaison for internal and external teams, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries.
• Prepare and maintain project documents including timelines, status updates, and action logs.
• Identify potential risks in implementations and assist with mitigation strategies.
• Attend and document client meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure accountability.
• Assist with data entry and validation to ensure system accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Support client training on benefit systems and help transition accounts to the Client Success team.
• Own preparation, review, and delivery of member-facing materials ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support ad hoc projects or implementation tasks as directed by leadership.
