About the Role

We are seeking an  experienced Safety Manager  to join our team in the  Telecommunications Tower Industry . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in  rigging operations ,  tower construction , and  OSHA compliance , with a proven ability to develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive safety programs across multiple job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific  safety programs and policies  in accordance with OSHA and industry standards.
• Conduct  daily job hazard analyses (JHAs) ,  toolbox talks , and  site inspections .
• Create and review  rigging plans  and ensure compliance with all  fall protection  and  lift procedures .
• Lead  accident investigations , root cause analyses, and corrective action plans.
• Train and mentor field crews on safe work practices, PPE use, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain all required documentation including  incident reports ,  training records , and  safety audits .
• Collaborate with project managers and field supervisors to ensure a  culture of safety  and operational efficiency.
