Position Overview

As aLicensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)at ECC, you bring a systems-based lens to healing ~ helping clients not just as individuals, but as part of the interconnected web of relationships that shape their lives. Your unique expertise in relational dynamics, attachment, and family systems will be essential to our mission of creating safe spaces for deep transformation.

This role is ideal for therapists passionate about couples and family work, relational healing, and collaborative approaches to care. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to helping clients heal and grow in connection with themselves and others.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families, addressing relational dynamics and systemic patterns
• Conduct thorough assessments and collaboratively design treatment plans
• Support clients in strengthening communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering healthier relationships
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold ethical standards
• Participate in paid weekly consultations and monthly team meetings
• Collaborate with counselors, social workers, psychiatrists, and integrative practitioners
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education
