Compensation :

$100,000+ yearly at plan commission

Responsibilities :

What is expected of our Professionals?

• Build and expand your practice by establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients
• Network to expand a client and referral base
• Provide and implement solutions to address clients' needs; protection and income solutions
• Educate clients on how to plan for their financial future so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events / circumstances they may encounter
• Work with business owners to implement strategies for employee retention and success planning
• Drive to add 50 new clients a year
• Develop and implement tailored financial plans using our array of services while considering each client’s financial needs and life circumstances
• Assess clients' potential life and financial needs and create and implement an individualized plan that can include investment solutions and protection solutions
• Promote customized ways for clients to achieve their long-term financial goals
• Cultivate relationships with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security
• Implement social media and other marketing strategies to identify and seek prospects so you can foster strong, long-term relationships
• Focus on developing and maintaining long-term bonds with clients, resulting in trust and continuity of the community over time

• Increase your knowledge within the financial industry and achieve specializations by following the New York Life training curriculum
