What You’ll Do :

• Support Salon Operations : Assist the Salon Manager in overseeing daily operations and provide leadership and tools to ensure stylist success.
• Lead by Example : Deliver all hair care services offered by Cost Cutters with the highest quality, setting the standard for excellence.
• Coach and Mentor : Act as a coach and mentor to salon employees, fostering a positive work environment and bringing out the best in your team.
• Recruit and Develop Talent : Assist in hiring, recruiting, and training staff while handling conflicts and client complaints with professionalism.
• Pathway to Advancement : As an Assistant Salon Manager, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a Salon Manager role, with promotion from within being a key focus.
