Internal Events Coordinator (Onsite)
Our Manufacturing client is looking for an Internal Events Coordinator to assist their team through the end of May as they manage two major programs happening in 2026. The role is :
- Onsite in their Minneapolis office (flexible start / end times)
- Fluctuating between 32 - 40 hours a week
- Starting early December and going through their event end of May
The Internal Events Coordinator will be responsible for :
Helping plan, manage, and execute high-profile internal events across the multiple locationsSupporting end-to-end planning and logistics including menu planning, updating website content, reviewing registration lists and confirming details, coordinating with the travel team and external vendors, and ensuring onsite details are confirmedHelping manage attendee and vendor questions as planning progressesThe ideal Internal Events Coordinator will have :
1-3+ years of experience with large-scale, corporate event planning and execution for events more than 200 peopleStrong communication and project management skillsExceptional ability to operate with urgency and a high level of professionalismIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and / or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
