Adelphi is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVNs) to perform advanced vocational nursing services at a facility in Lubbock County, Texas. Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) Must meet all immunization requirements as outlined by the agency and facility Must successfully pass a urine drug screen and background check Must successfully complete an FBI fingerprint background check COVID-19 testing with a negative result is required Completion of all pre-employment training mandated by the agency and facility Must present a valid photo ID at the time of interview Must provide TB documentation at the time of interview Responsibilities : Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines Monitor patients health and promptly report changes to the supervising RN or physician Document care activities accurately and complete computer-based data entry (training provided) Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory standards (e.g., ICF-IDD, facility SOPs) Deliver compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
