Job description

Job Title

At Regions, the Home Improvement Financing Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical services related to the activities of a division, department, section, or unit.

Regions Home Improvement Financing, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and independent contractors to provide Point-of-Sale financing capabilities. This enables these partners to provide homeowners with an additional option to pay for various improvements to their homes, benefitting both the contractor partner and the homeowner.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepares correspondence, emails, memoranda, reports, etc.
  • Assists in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.
  • Screens telephone calls and receives and directs visitors
  • Resolves routine inquiries
  • Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries and coordinates related arrangements
  • Prepares and distributes minutes of meetings
  • Performs duties with some degree of autonomy; however, partners with more experienced associates for complex issues

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years of clerical / administrative or related experience
  • Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
  • Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to problem-solve
  • Advanced typing and word processing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Additional Preferences :

  • Highly organized.
  • Schedule Requirements :

  • Schedule will be 8 : 30-5PM MST Monday-Friday.
  • Time will be split between Salt Lake City and Provo offices based on business needs. Bulk of time will be in Salt Lake City office with 1-2 days per week in Provo.

    Job Range Target :

    Minimum : $43,500.00 USD

    Median : $52,540.00 USD
