As the Team Lead for Retail Merchandising, you'll play a vital role in enhancing in-store environments to meet the needs of shoppers. Your responsibilities will include :
- Building attractive displays and end caps that draw customer attention.
- Resetting shelves with careful product rotation to maximize visibility and accessibility.
- Tracking inventory diligently to ensure optimum sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
- Supporting leadership through regular reporting, training, and scheduling.
- Onboarding new team members and helping them integrate into our dynamic work environment.
