Role Description

This is a contract role for a Family Nurse Practitioner, located on-site in San Antonio, TX. The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for delivering primary care services, conducting routine check-ups, managing chronic illnesses, addressing urgent care needs, and collaborating with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Daily tasks include patient assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing patient education and support.

Qualifications

• Experience as Nurse Practitioners and in Nursing
• Proficiency in Primary Care and Medicine
• Must drive in San Antonio and its surrounding areas
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Experience in home healthcare is a plus
• Master's degree in Nursing and national certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP)
• Valid state license to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Texas
