Multistate Licensed Telehealth Nurse

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse / RN in Telehealth Nursing.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct remote patient assessments, triage, and crisis intervention using telecommunication technologies

Develop individualized care plans and assist with prescription management and referrals

Document patient interactions and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and institutional policies

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant nursing experience

Valid, active, unencumbered Compact / multistate RN license required within 60 days of hire

BLS certification required

Strong critical thinking and data synthesis skills

Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and telecommunication technologies
