The Role : This Project Manager will lead diverse commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll have the chance to build strong client relationships, partner closely with field leadership, and manage projects that make a visible impact in the community.

Key Highlights :

Oversight of commercial projects $5M+ from start to finish

Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships

Partner with Superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery

Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment

Ideal Candidate :

5+ years of commercial construction project management experience

Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget

Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
