Civil Engineer

EBA Engineering (EBA) of Santa Rosa, CA is a full service professional civil and environmental engineering firm with over 50 years of recognized expertise in Land Development, Civil engineering design, planning and permitting; Solid waste design, closure and reporting, Environmental due diligence and Remediation. We have a solid, growing team with a reputation for working well with both public and private clients.

Responsibilities include, but aren't limited, to the following :

• Develop and assess civil design documents including, but not limited to site development plans, local roads, complete streets, drainage and ADA compliant intersections, etc., Compost facility designs.
• Ensure project costs, schedule, and performance targets are achieved
• Serve as project manager / liaison between technical resources and clients, including attending client meetings, town halls, etc.
• Engage in business development efforts
• Mentor junior engineers and project managers
