Requirement / Must Have :
Ability to produce quality, error-free work in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call as needed.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (if applicable).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel for training or work at multiple locations.
Experience :
1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections (required).
2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment (preferred).
Customer service experience in a retail or service setting (strongly preferred).
Keyboarding and data entry experience.
Qualification And Education :
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Medical training such as medical assistant or paramedic (preferred).
