IAM Operations Engineer Expectations : Impact : Support IAM operations by managing routine tasks like user provisioning and troubleshooting.

Technical Expertise : Build a strong foundation in IAM concepts (e.g., RBAC, least privilege) and tools (e.g., Okta, Azure AD). Experience with JIRA is preferred but not required.

Autonomy : Execute assigned tasks under supervision, proactively seeking guidance when needed.

Communication : Document work processes clearly and ask effective questions to clarify requirements.

Collaboration : Partner with team members to deliver on project needs and incident resolutions.

IAM Operations Engineer Key Responsibilities : Perform user lifecycle management (provisioning, deprovisioning).

Assist in configuring and maintaining IAM tools and systems.

Troubleshoot basic access issues and escalate complex problems.

Document workflows, configurations, and processes.
