Senior Program Manager

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the United States Army Counterintelligence Command (USACIC) Analytical Support Contract. Period Of Performance : 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years

Location : Fort Meade, MD

Clearance Requirement : Active TS / SCI

Responsibilities :

  • Manage project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.
  • Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities.
  • Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems.

Required qualifications / skills :

  • Minimum education and years of experience requirements for the following :
  • High School Diploma : 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • Associates Degree : 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • Bachelors Degree : 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • Masters Degree or higher : 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • Active Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
  • A Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Intelligence or related field, and
  • A minimum of 10 years combined management experience, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • Experience leading large teams of 100 FTEs or more.
