Managing Counsel - Data Center

A company is looking for a Managing Counsel - Data Center and Networking (Networking Focus).

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal support for complex data center power and energy transactions

Collaborate with Oracle executives to complete agreements with data center providers

Define policies, practices, and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

8+ years of relevant legal experience in technology, telecommunications, or data center operations

Experience advising on legal and regulatory issues related to data centers and cloud infrastructure

Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for data center operations

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Admission to practice law in the United States
