The role you'll contribute : Applies paints, stains, and other surface treatments to structural surfaces and property. Prepares surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, torching and / or smoothing prior to applying finishing materials. Assists other trades as needed.

The value you'll bring to the team :

• Performs essential repairs and other duties as requested.
• Troubleshoots, tests, and repairs mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under general or limited supervision.
• Responds to in-house work orders and preventive maintenance tasks on a daily basis and in a timely manner.
• Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with healthcare, Federal, State, and Local regulations and standards.
• Responsible for keeping current on maintenance logs.
• Replaces sheetrock, tapes and floats, paints all interior and exterior surfaces, and performs minor carpenter work.
• Applies protective and decorative coats of paint, varnish, lacquer, and related materials to interior and exterior surfaces of buildings, furniture, equipment, and other property.
• Maintains existing paint surfaces by matching and tinting appropriate paint products.
• Assists in the operation and general maintenance of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, locksmith, and alarm systems.
