  • Shift : 10-hour day shifts, 4 days per week with a rotating day off\n
  • Call : 1 weeknight and 2 weekend days per month (as needed)\n
  • Hours per Week : 36\n
  • Estimated Weekly Pay : $1990 - $2130\n
  • Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse\n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license\n
  • Current CPR / BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)\n
  • ACLS certification required\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience\n
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond to changes in patient condition\n
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical support skills\n

  • Assess patients’ physical, mental, and spiritual needs prior to surgery\n
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized perioperative care plans with the multidisciplinary healthcare team\n
  • Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and families regarding surgical procedures\n
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition using sound clinical judgment\n
  • Maintain accurate and complete electronic medical records\n
  • Promote a positive and healthy workplace environment through professional communication and conflict management\n
  • Participate in continuing education and maintain required nursing certifications\n
  • Fulfill on-call responsibilities as scheduled for the Operating Room\n
