Join Early Start Childcare as an Assistant Teacher in our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms! Responsibilities :

lead assistant teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities.

Supervise and engage with children during playtime and structured learning.

Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth.

Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress.

Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Help with meal and snack preparation as needed.

Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Child Development Associates or Higher

Experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.

CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Background check clearance required.

Flexible schedule to accommodate varying classroom needs.
