Responsibilities :
lead assistant teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities.Supervise and engage with children during playtime and structured learning.Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth.Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment.Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress.Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.Help with meal and snack preparation as needed.Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children.Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.Child Development Associates or HigherExperience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Background check clearance required.Flexible schedule to accommodate varying classroom needs.About Us :
