As a Patient Financial Counselor, you will engage with patients to address their financial concerns, offering guidance on available assistance and healthcare coverage options. Your role will involve assessing payment sources, creating payment plans, and collecting payments from patients.
This is a full-time position requiring flexible availability for rotating shifts within our business hours. Some overtime may be necessary based on business needs. Our office is located at 725 American Ave, Waukesha, WI 53188.
We provide 4 - 6 weeks of paid training, with training hours discussed on your first day of employment.

The pay range for this role is $17.74 to $31.63 per hour, based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.
