Responsibilities

  • Provide installation solutions that match customer expectations; install window and door replacements; adapt product specifications to the installation requirements; utilize a thorough knowledge of all Renewal products
  • Service and repair previously installed RbA products
  • Make recommendations for process improvement
  • Keep current on RbA product and installation process changes
  • Inventory service stock area of warehouse and request material replenishment as needed
  • Accurately measure dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors.
  • Complete and submit required paperwork that is neat, accurate, thorough, and completed in a timely manner;
  • Portray a professional image with clothing, vehicle, and actions within the home;
  • Provide a high level of customer satisfaction

    • Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must have some experience using tools and working on home improvement projects
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for great customer service.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and quick deadlines.
  • Willingness to train for advancement opportunities preferred
  • Must have a clean driver's license and driving record for the past 5 years
  • Must be willing to undergo a drug test and background check
