New York Licensed Claims Manager

A company is looking for a Claims Manager, Workers Compensation for the North-East Region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team managing low to high complexity workers' compensation claims

Build and maintain relationships to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve service issues

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while driving performance improvements

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor with 5+ years of claims experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years, or High School Diploma with 8+ years of claims experience

Customer service experience

Experience with Microsoft Office and collaboration across work groups

Knowledge of insurance legal statutes and claims procedures

Understanding of the insurance industry and regulatory environment
