Responsibilities : admit, evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment or consultative services for

patients with multiple organ dysfunction and in need of critical care for life-threatening disorders.

Procedures : All Procedures, vents, lines, arterial; punctures,

Requirements - Ohio Med License, OH DEA, ACLS, ATLS, Active and updated CAQH,

Must have 24 months of case logs to support the procedure requirements.
